    Biography

    Sara is a graduate of Truman State University (B.S. Summa Cum Laude 2001) and Baylor Law School (J.D. Magna Cum Laude 2006) in Waco, Texas. While in law school, she served as Executive Articles Editor on the Baylor Law Review. Sara was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2006 and the North Dakota Bar in 2009.

    Sara served for two years as a law clerk to Judge Charles B. Peatross of the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal. Author of R.I.P. I.I.E.D.: The Supreme Court of Texas Severely Limits the Tort of Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, published at 58 Baylor L. Rev. 587. She is currently a member of the North Dakota Bar Association.

    Sara maintains a general practice.
