Aften M. Grant

Aften M. Grant is a 2004 graduate (Summa Cum Laude) of the University of Mary, Bismarck, North Dakota. In 2006, Aften received her Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND. In 2009, Aften was invited to join the University of North Dakota School Of Law and later graduated in 2012. Aften is admitted to the North Dakota Bar and is a member of the Ward County Bar Association and the North Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Aften focuses her legal practice in the areas of family law and criminal defense. Aften routinely handles divorces, custody matters, adoptions, terminations of parental rights, disorderly conduct and domestic violence restraining orders, post-judgment disputes, and a variety of criminal matters to include driving under the influence, assault, theft, and drug-related offenses.
